The style of Yoga taught within Ananda gives special emphasis to the inner effects that Yoga Asana (postures), chanting, affirmations, and meditation have on our consciousness. Each technique is offered in such a way as to strengthen one’s will power, concentration, and devotion, which leads to an uplifted awareness of our inner energy and unity with all life. Yoga has the potential to increase your overall sense of health & wellbeing.
