Meet other local people who practice Meditation. Learn techniques based on the teachings of the great Master Paramhansa Yogananda: affirmations, chanting and meditation. Come ‘Awake and Ready’ in comfortable clothes. Chairs and cushions are available.
Anyone is welcome to join us for our ongoing Meditation Groups. which are guided and easy to follow. Many of our groups are after a yoga class. These meditations are guided and easy to follow. Please arrive 5 minutes early so that you may be ready to start at the time designated.

After Sunday Service, First of the month – 12:45-2:15pm – Long Meditation with Kyle
Morning – 10:00am – 10:30am – Kyle
Noon – 12:00 – 12:45pm – Kelly
Morning – 10am-10:30am – Kelly
Evening – 7:30pm-8:30pm – Online with David & Shannon
We often have a longer meditation (2 or 3 hours) once or twice a month. Please check our homepage for information.
