Kriya Yoga Initiation

Step 5 of 5 on the Path of Kriya Yoga

The Science of Kriya Yoga

Kriya Yoga is a meditation technique that quickly accelerates one’s spiritual growth. It became widely known through Paramhansa Yogananda’s Autobiography of a Yogi. According to Yogananda, Kriya is the most effective technique for reaching the goal of Yoga: union with the Divine.

The actual Kriya technique is given through an in-person initiation, and only after establishing a regular daily practice of the first three techniques: Energization Exercises, Hong-Sau, and AUM. This process takes about nine months to a year or more, depending on the student. If you have completed the first four steps on the Path of Kriya, email us below with your inquiry.
