Restorative yoga is a popular way for beginning through advanced yoga students to experience true relaxation – often the most difficult skill to master. Traditional poses are modified through the use of props to help the student enter into various poses in a comfortable way wherein they can rest in the pose for awhile, breathe deeply and experience deep releasing of body held tensions. Healing and Joy are promoted in body, mind, and spirit. Restorative yoga leaves one feeling nurtured while deepening self-awareness.
Restorative yoga is a practice that is good for everyone and leaves the body feeling deeply relaxed, renewed, and restored.
