Awaken body, mind and spirit in an invigorating flow of postures for Higher Awareness & Energy.
Ananda Yoga consists of traditional yoga postures, practiced in sequence to help bring energy from the periphery of the body into the spine, and up the spine to the brain, cultivating higher awareness.
This multi-level class includes 1/2 hour meditation (10:30-11) for those who wish to stay.
