We invite you to step out of this fast-paced age for awhile!
Tune-in to your own being–energetically, physically, mentally and spiritually through gentle, strength building yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), deep relaxation (yoga nidra), and meditation.
This class is open to all who would like to go at a slower, yet dynamic pace.
