Whether a beginning or experienced meditator, take this in-depth meditation class to develop and deepen your daily meditation practice and connect with your higher Self. Based on the meditation principles taught by Paramhansa Yogananda.
Course Outline

Week 1: Relaxation
What is Meditation? In this first class you will learn the foundational principles of meditation including: How to sit properly, the connection between the mind and breath, and the importance of upward relaxation as a way to elevate your consciousness

Week 2: Concentration & Interiorization
Yogananda said that the Hong-Sau concentration technique was India’s greatest contribution to the world. This simple and deeply transformative practice will help you to experience true concentration and inner awareness.

Week 3: Expansion & Devotion
Expansion is where “true” meditation begins. It is the peaceful expanded sense of awareness that makes meditation ever satisfying. In this class you will learn how to raise and expand your awareness through devotion and deep silence.

Week 4: Meditation & Daily Life
Anything repeated daily builds enormous power over time. Meditation, if practiced consistently, has the potential to transform every aspect of your life. This class will focus on how to nourish and strengthen your ongoing dedication to meditation.

Free Yoga Class Included Saturdays 9:00-10:15 with Sam during the 4-week course.
