Ananda Music & Chanting
Awaken the Hearts Natural Love
Music has a special place in the Ananda community. Chanting & singing spiritual songs are beautiful ways to awaken the natural love of the heart. Group Chanting (Kirtan) is one of the spiritual practices we use to prepare the heart and mind for inspired meditation. Whether you choose to chant out loud or listen thoughtfully, chanting will bring you to a deeply peaceful place.

Kirtan: Group Chanting
The Last Sunday Monthly 12:45-1:45 p.m.
Devotional chanting is one of the many ways that we can engage our heart to experience an uplifted state of consciousness. While the rational mind is an important tool on the spiritual path, it must be balanced by calm feeling in the heart. Kirtan is a practice of repeating simple prayers set to music with ever increasing love and devotion. After each chant we rest in the peace and silence of meditation. No singing or chanting experience needed. Donation based.
