This course offers techniques for self-mastery in every aspect of life, from calming turbulent emotions to awakening deep compassion and love for others. Ultimately, it is a well-explored pathway, walked by countless yogis and mystics, to union with God.

 

Raja Yoga is Step 2 of the Ananda Course in Self-realization,

the path of Kriya Yoga, as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda.

 

This course is a pre-requisite for taking Kriya Initiation

The ancient principles of “Raja” (royal) yoga apply to every aspect of life: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Explore tools for real-life situations, awakening your highest self.

Required text for course :The Art and Science of RAJA YOGA, by Swami Kriyananda. This extraordinary book is divided into 14 chapters, each containing a section on: Philosophy, Yoga Postures, Breathing, Routine, Healing, Diet and Meditation. Cost for book – $30
