Celebrating Swami Kriyananda’s Discipleship to Yogananda*
Swami Kriyananda’s discipleship is a model for all who would lovingly and unceasingly serve their guru. And, for us, he is not only an example, an inspiring teacher, and friend, but also a guide and model of following the guru in every aspect of life.
3:30pm – 5pm – Join us at the Ananda Center as we celebrate and honor Swami-ji through meditation, a flower ceremony and exploring the joy, beauty and teachings in his songs.
5:45pm – 7:00pm – Join us at: South Kingstown Town Beach 02879. (Also sometimes called Matunuck Beach) Please consult the website on Saturday afternoon for any possible changes in location due to weather.
*Swami-ji’s actual Discipleship Date is September 12th. We are celebrating it on the 10th, a Saturday, in the hopes that it is an easier time for you to join us.
