Curious about meditation? Or maybe have tried to meditate but not quite sure what to do or how to do it?  This course will take the mystery out of meditation with practical lessons to help you establish a regular meditation practice.  You’ll learn how to sit comfortably, how to still the restless mind, and how to take your experiences of peace and joy into daily life.  This course is the first step on the path of Kriya Yoga and is also a great introduction to the basic techniques of meditation including breath/mind connection, Paramhansa Yogananda’s energization exercises and the Hong Sau technique of concentration.
