For millenia, meditation has been an exclusively spiritual practice for serious seekers.  By quieting the mind and deeply relaxing the body, the meditator experiences deep states of tranquility, inner peace, and ultimately higher states of awareness.  There are many subtle benefits of practicing meditation – greater intuition, compassion, awareness and focus, among others.  In physical and health realms, significant benefits from meditation have been found for heart disease, cholesterol, high blood pressure, insomnia, chronic pain and others.

One of the amazing things about meditation is that something so powerful in physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual realms can be begin very simply.  Join us on Wednesday evenings and let’s begin the journey together.
