CHANTING BY THE SEA
Saturday, August 26: 5:30 – 6:30 pm
An evening stroll on the beach can be magical.
Add chanting and meditation, and it’s bliss!
Bring chair or blanket to sit on. Meet on the beach just opposite the parking lot. If you’re a little late, face the ocean, turn right and stroll up the beach and meet us along the way. We’ll start with Energization Exercises, then chanting and meditation. Those who did this with us last year loved it! Hope you will, too. If the weather is misty, we will still meet. But if it’s raining we won’t.
